Costs

We offer free shipping nationwide on orders over $120.00. Orders $120.00 and under will be shipped anywhere in New Zealand for $7.00.

NZ Post (Courier Post)

Your products are shipped using NZ Post (Courier Post) from our warehouse in Lower Hutt, Wellington.

Timeframes

We ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders to urban addresses within the North Island are shipped on an overnight service. Orders to urban addresses in the South Island are delivered in 1-3 days. Rural deliveries take an additional 1-2 days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are a guide. It may take a little longer during peak periods, weather events or when there are other delivery issues that are outside of our control.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed. If you are unable to locate your tracking number or if you have any questions about your order, please get in touch with us here.

Damaged Goods

If your order has been damaged in transit, please get in touch with us here and include images of the damaged packaging or goods.

Returns or exchanges
