About Stanley
Who We Are
Founded in 1913 by inventor William Stanley Jr., Stanley has been there for generations of adventures. We're built on invention, innovation and inspiration with a timeless spirit that complements your wild imagination.
Over 100 years later, a steady stream of products continues to honour the Stanley legacy, keeping your warms warm and your colds cold.
We're there for all your adventures so you can make the most of your world (whether you're scaling a mountain or climbing an elm in your own backyard). We’ll be with you on your journey as we have with generations past, helping to build a more sustainable, less disposable life and world while opening the door to an awe-inspiring future.
OUR COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY
The most sustainable products are the kind that never need to be thrown away or replaced. That’s why we’ve been building durable and reusable bottles for over 100 years. And we make them from steel, which, if you’re wondering, is one of the most recyclable materials on the planet. This has enabled us to cut down on the need for disposable products, which means -- you guessed it -- less junk in landfills.
While we may have been one of the first to recognize the importance of producing long-lasting and reusable products, we’re glad we’re not the last. But it’s not just about what we do, it’s about how we do it. By staying focused on Environmental Health and Safety throughout our entire supply chain, we’re committed to ethical manufacturing, reducing our corporate footprint, and living by a warranty that means replacing a single part instead of a whole product whenever possible. Yeah, we build products to last a lifetime. And we intend to spend that lifetime, and the one after that, doing right by our people, our planet, and, most of all, by you.
