Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with your new Stanley. If you’re not totally satisfied with your Stanley purchase from then you can return it for a refund within 15 days. Your Stanley must be unused and complete with its original packaging.

The original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

Please email Stanley NZ to approve your return. If your return is approved, you will receive a Returned Product Form which needs to be included with your return. This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from

If you purchased your Stanley from an authorised Stanley retailer then their return policy applies. Please contact them directly.

Your refund will be made back to the original payment method (credit card, bank account etc.) only.

If you’d like to exchange your Stanley, return it for a refund (excl. freight) and place a new order for the new Stanley that you’d like. Exchanges for items purchased outside of will not be accepted. All Stanley items must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Use a shipper of your choice to return your items. Please pack carefully. Damaged packaging may mean we can’t pass a credit.
