Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

The last day for Christmas orders is 17 December. All orders received on or before this date will be dispatched using NZ Post's tracked courier service by 19 December for estimated delivery within 1-3 business days. Orders for rural addresses should be placed well before the cut-off date to guarantee pre-Xmas delivery.

Holiday Shipping Dates

We are closed for a number of days over the holiday period. We will be processing and shipping orders on Dec 29-31. Normal hours and shipping times resume on Jan 5.

Costs

We offer free shipping nationwide on orders over $120.00. Orders $120.00 and under will be shipped anywhere in New Zealand for $8.00.

Courier Service

We ship orders using NZ Couriers or NZ Post Couriers with Track and Trace from our warehouse in Wellington.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed. If you are unable to locate your tracking number or have any questions about your order, please contact us here.

Timeframes

We ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders to urban addresses within the North Island are shipped on an overnight service. Orders to urban addresses in the South Island are delivered in 1-3 days. Rural deliveries take an additional 1-2 days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are a guide. It may take a little longer during peak periods, weather events or when there are other delivery issues that are outside of our control.

Change Requests 

Please make sure your order details, item(s), and delivery address are correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to make any changes once the order has been placed.

Damaged Goods

If your order has been damaged in transit, please get in touch with us here and include images of the damaged packaging or goods.

Returns or exchanges
